Glenmuir of Naperville Apartments

The new management has made huge changes all for the positive. Under the leadership of Joe the entire complex is being spruced up. The place is not only looking great but after 5 years of living here Joe threw the first Christmas party and it was a hit. Got to meet some new neighbors and chat with others. Makes for a nice community. Maintenance under John is always on the move and it something goes out for any reason it gets taken care of right away. My washer stopped spinning and within a day a brand new one replaced it. Steve in the office always has a friendly hello when stopping by. Glenmuir has had an incredible injection of care with professional management who really cares about the residents. If you saw the place before you would not recognize it now. Great job and thank you guys.

My partner and I were on the hunt to find an apartment that not only looked nice, but could feel like a home. We found the Glenmuir of Naperville and it checked all the boxes of what we were wanting! The area looks great, feels safe and is a quiet little community! The biggest thing that sold us was actually Steve, the Resident Services Manager! He made us feel so welcome since the moment we stepped foot into the leasing office! When we came for a tour there was actually no units to view, so Steve showed us videos and was very detailed about what was renovated so we had an idea of how it currently looks. We gave it a shot and we’re so happy we did, because our apartment is beautiful and better than we expected! Steve has answered every one of our questions, which made the application/move-in process super smooth. We have only been living here for about a month, but our experience has been wonderful. We love that we can go to Steve for anything and he always makes sure that our new home is perfect! We greatly appreciate all the time and effort he has put into helping us! We give the Glenmuir of Naperville 5 stars, but we give Steve 6!

Everything has been excellent thus far! Steve in the front office helped me with everything from the application and touring through the actual move-in, and he was wonderful! He responded to my emails within minutes, answered all of my questions with immense knowledge, and was so kind and welcoming! My apartment was in top shape when I moved in, with fresh carpet, fresh paint, and very clean. Everything was in working condition. The community puts its residences at top priority, from ensuring the community/trash is up-kept, to ensuring residences have enough parking space, and organizing community events. I highly recommend this complex, and am grateful for Steve’s help!

Please beware! The apartments are under new management and they are entirely unequipped to manage this property safely and effectively. When we arrived on the first day of our lease they didn't even have a record of us, they were preparing to put our unit on the market. I was told this happened to several other people and some were not so lucky to show up in time, they had there apartments rented out to someone else! Yikes! Even though we were lucky enough to get into the apartment we leased that is where our luck stopped. The unit was uninhabitable. We stayed at a hotel for many days. Several weeks later and we still do not have fully functional kitchen or bathrooms. Office staff is doing what they can but it is abundantly clear that they are absolutely without a doubt unsupported by their above property managers. I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with an above property representative today, after weeks of begging to be put in contact, and she was unprofessional, rude and even threatening when I asked to discuss compensation! No apologies and entirely ineffective redress of our many issues since moving in. Please look elsewhere and save yourself the tears and stress because I deeply regret moving in here.

I’ve been in my apartment for a week, and thus far, it's simply amazing. It's tranquil and peaceful. The process has been seamless from beginning to end. The staff in the office are accommodating. However, the only downside is the delay with maintenance orders. I had to submit the same orders three times before someone showed up, which included a call to the office that I still had to wait.

Very overpriced Charged for services not rendered (valet trash& 24 hr gym) Gas leak when I first moved in Had to change units because of a hostile neighbor Nightmare neighbors glenmuir has done nothing about- police have helped but they say apt complex should be taking care of the problems not them. If you move into a unit check things like garbage disposal toilet etc I’ve had a lot of plumbing issues. There’s a unit outside with an alarm that is constantly going off for weeks at a time before someone comes to turn it off. Not sure if it’s a utility closet or what exactly it is. Animal friendly and close to the prairie path are the perks.
